This policy explains how MadeFit Software, a brand of PA Equity Solutions LLC (Wyoming, USA) ("we"), handles information in connection with FastToCTC.
Information we collect
- Account information: names, work email addresses and roles of the people you invite.
- Customer Data: loan files and documents your team uploads, which may include borrower personal and financial information.
- Usage information: activity logs (for example, who uploaded or reviewed an item) and basic technical logs.
- Billing information: handled by our reseller Paddle.com. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
How we use it
Only to provide, secure and support the Service, to bill for it, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal information and do not use Customer Data for advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Service: cloud database and file storage, web hosting, an AI provider that reviews uploaded documents, and Paddle.com for payments. They process data only to provide their service to us.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by account and role, and staff-only notes are never shown to brokers. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected customers without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting their data.
Retention
We keep Customer Data while your account is active. After cancellation you may request an export within 30 days; after that it may be deleted, except where we must keep records by law.
Your choices
Account owners can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by emailing us. Borrowers whose information appears in a loan file should contact the lender that uploaded it.
